The NALSAR University of Law has joined forces with CYCLOPS Information Security Services to begin CTRL-Z, a cyber forensic laboratory at its Shamirpet campus. The cyber lab will assist law enforcement authorities and the judiciary in retrieving virtual proof from the devices in question, the records, and filing the records that have been retrieved. “It will conduct long-term and quick-time period certificate courses in cyber laws and cyber forensic research. Besides, it’d hold behavior meetings and workshops for stakeholders,” a NALSAR spokesperson said. “CTRL-Z will behavior annual hackathons for students to assist them in discovering solutions and enhancing their learning cycles within the subject of cyber technology,” Cyclops Director G Prasanna said. A team of trainees from the National Investigation Agency will be the first batch to train inside the new laboratory.

CSIR approves revised stipends for research students
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) studies fellows and studies pals could start getting revised stipends from July 1. Its governing frame authorized the hike in fellowships in a recent meeting. “The scholars will start getting the improved fellowship from July onwards, and the arrears can be given in due course,” said CSIR Director General Shekhar Mande on Saturday. While approving the elevated fellowship quantities in February, the Government had promised to put them into effect from January 1 this year.
The council issued an office memorandum on this on Friday. Even though the selection was changed to take place on April 26, it could not be introduced as the Model Code of Conduct came into place, stated Mande.“Sharing the enhancement of CSIR JRF/SRF emoluments issued this night. Research Associates in I, II, and III categories could get Rs 47,000, Rs 49,000, and Rs 54,000 pm, respectively, in place of Rs 36,000, Rs 38,000, and Rs 000 in advance.
